QUESTION.
How did the baby cockroach get inside the packet of baby wipes?
It was a real start to my morning when I dug into the packet of baby wipes we leave in the office. You know, for us to clean our hands or whatever since we do not have a built in sink in the office? Yeah, so I pulled one wet tissue out, and I saw this dark spot at the corner of the tissue.
Is that a big hole?? Or maybe a big spot of dirt??
NO. It’s not. It’s a baby roach.
So I calmly put the tissue on a stack of un-used cds nearby and stare at it incredulously. IT’S ALIVE??? I thought aloud to myself. Now, if the baby roach was dead, I can still understand. Maybe it crawled in when one of us accidently left the flap open. But IT’S ALIVE?!!! So I quickly grab a piece of DRY tissue this time. And with a swift but calm motion, I attacked the sotong baby roach. HHHHHYYYAAAkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s not this often that a baby roach doesn’t run away from such a situation. Usually they move so fast that my Bygone spray misses each spot. So I wrap the victim up in like 5 layers of tissue and threw away the evidence. When Meow came to office and I told her the exciting story of the baby roach. She was petrified, and hurried to throw the entire bag of baby wipes away.
So. How did the baby roach get in there?? And why did it go in there?? I ask Meow.
“Dunno. Maybe it likes to be in moist conditions. EEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeEEEE!!!!”
Hmmmmm… She’s right. So I have been wiping cockroach eggs all over my hands all this time?!!!

Aiyah, I haven't been under 50kg since Primary 3 lor :P. Somemore always get compared to my mother!! Everyone i meet on the aeroplane always tells me not to eat so much because most of the time i'm the biggest stewardess on board!!! But i will still eat everything in sight lor........
Your life is really quite exciting what, everytime go to that super happening bar while i rot at home like a hermit in front of computer!!! U may not realise it sometimes but there are alot of (crazy) people around who care about u... Anyone can tell from reading your blog man!!
I think that the best way is really to not compare u're life with other peoples and try focusing on how u can enjoy your own lah. Sometimes u must not go digging for things, they will appear when u least expect, in the weirdest places, like that baby cockroach for example...
And... maybe u're feeling depressed because u have gotten into the habit of going gym, so when u dun go u will feel very lethargic and sian?? That's how i feel if i don't exercise for a couple of days... Very grouchy and irritable!! Maybe now's a good time to utilize u're swimming pool lah...
