leech-y headache!!!!
Once again I did not manage to get a proper night's sleep and im beginning to wonder if someone put a curse on me… must be that irritant!!! I think its time to get some new pillows and maybe let more light into my bedroom in the afternoon… I came to work with a slight nausea feeling but it went away after a while. After lunch at Wheelock, the taxi ride back was so rocky that I thought I was going to open the door anytime during the journey to puke all my guts out. Good thing I managed to take a short nap instead. By the time I got back to office, my nausea feeling got worse and this time replaced with a cold and a super irritating headache… those kind that feels like a giant 1,000 year old leech is stuck on the left hand side of your skull and refusing to let go….. So the moment I stepped into the office, I popped a Panadol Flu tablet and hoped that it would work wonders. Apparently not. Instead my headache got worse and I ended up melting into my giant yellow chair and staring at the computer screen… just hoping that it would go away miraculously.
At this moment, Meow comes over to tell me excitedly that MW [Mascara Woman] is bugging her big time to get a shoe locker in the new gym outlet at One George Street. I weakly tell her that I have a really horrible headache and instead of hearing any assuring or comforting words, she continued to look at her gym class schedule and exclaimed, “Wah!! Tonight got Body Combat class.. I think I will be kay po and call the gym and ask who is the instructor ah……” She gave a satisfied smile and proceeded to call.
It was funny cause I have never seen anyone so totally oblivious to what I have said before that… and replying with something totally un-related to what I was saying. Whatever anyway, cause my headache seems to be a little better… thank god…….. Must be the other 2 extra strong panadols after that….
Last night I was hooked to my 2 rented CSI DVDs and I finished watching the first dvd. Felt very confused at Video Ezy though cause of the way they labeled the series of the episodes… like, I borrowed season 2 disc 2 episodes 2.2-2.7 or something like that. But they had 2 more discs that were season 2 disc 2 episodes 2.1-2.4 and another one with season 2 disc 2 episodes 2.2-2.6!! I totally did not understand the order of the numbers and I just decided to get both.
My brother initially did not react well to me hording the TV with the CSI DVDs because he does not take well to gross images like mutated and chopped bodies or decomposed bodies. But his curiosity got the better of him when I continued renting more DVDs and eventually came out to watch the episodes and migrated his boot polishing area to the front of the TV with me… Though he missed one good scene where they found the body of a girl’s body stuck in between the compressed compacted rubbish….
Bought a cheesy and hilarious book from a local author [I think!!] at Borders today as I am a BIG fan of this guy who writes in to the 2nd last page of 8 days… His stories revolve round his shared apartment with 2 girls and his style of writing is just so funny. I thought the characters were made up but apparently they are real people! Kinda remind me of the adventures that I have with Chinki and Bunny… but not as bimbotic only… hahhaaa… i think either Bunny or Chinki should write a book about our adventures.... including those in the car... getting lost and all that... wait. maybe they have already... :D
