constipation is a horrible feeling!!

I am so bloody constipated today.. that I thought I was going to die from constipation pain… must have been all that junk that I have been eating since Sat. That buffet @ Miramar hotel for my brother’s birthday, then more junk yesterday… By 5 plus at work today, my stomach started to hurt a little. At first, I thought it was just the stomach “aches” from the yoga class previously, but it seemed a little more…. Blocked. If you know what I mean. Anyway, I asked Bunny for a good cure, and she recommended Prune Juice! Lucky there is a huge bottle of that sitting in my fridge.

So after dinner, I took a cup of that. Waited for half an hour, still nothing. So I downed another half a cup of Prune juice. Nothing. So I went to watch CSI. Halfway through the episode, I had really painful tummy aches. It was so painful that I could barely stand up straight. So I groaned and whined loudly to my brother who just sat at the foot of the sofa laughing at me. My dad on the other hand, is a very light sleeper. Who happened to be in his room and both my parents came rushing out, because he thought that I was crying! After he realized that it turned out to be a huge false alarm, he sat in the living room. He refused to budge from his seat even after I told him to go back to sleep. He just said, “No. I want to sleep here now!” Haha… crazy dad.

After 15mins of agony, and rolling around the sofa, I had to go to the toilet. FINALLY!!!! I was half relieved but I still had to stagger back to the living room after that. My parents gave me that “I don’t know what to do with you look”. Luckily the pain subsided and I feel better now. THANKS SO MUCH BUNNY!! I owe you!! Heee…. I really need to cleanse my colons man. They feel so jammed up.

I slipped and nearly fell TWICE in 5 mins. I have to start wearing my shoes and not slippers.

My chinchillas also must have been very hungry. After I switched off the television just now, I went to their cage and saw all 4 of them lining up side by side at the cage door. I have never seen this before! As usual, they gobbled up all the food given……
