6th August 2005 - Saturday

Met Miss Bunny for gymming at George Street and found out that they are going to implement the queue-up-and-take-a-q.no-for-the-class system there. So no more barging late into classes like i always do. And i did just that on Saturday. Had breakfast with little brother and i think he is the slowest-coach on this earth because i kept pestering him to leave the house earlier but we only left close to 11am! And he had to go for line dancing class at that time! So, i ended up for class and barging in 10mins after it started.

Think i have no energy in my body for morning classes. I could hardly extend my hands out properly for the punches and my kicks were super feeble. No wonder i hated P.E classes back in school. Had lunch at Hans opposite our building where Bunny was super famished and ordered the lunch set, which consisted of one giant steak, cream of carrot soup (eeeee!), garlic bread, a drink and a peach tart! Waaaa, i felt full just looking at her set lunch. I still felt full from my breakfast so i hardly touched my chicken hor fun.

Drove to Orchard Cineleisure for our movie and i missed the darn turning into Mandarin Hotel's carpark entrance twice, so i decided to park at Cineleisure. And the beautiful parking charges for parking there from 2pm to about 5pm came up to $11!!!!!!!! I thought i was going to faint but i obviously couldnt. Apparently it was $3 per entry after 4 or 5pm. Bloody money sucking machine. I think i should have parked at the open air carpark and peeled 10 coupons. also cheaper than parking at that place. Boycott!!! and not to mention backfire.........

We caught Mysterious Skin which the whole world seems to be raving about, and i have to say it was a great movie! despite it having some rather disturbing scenes that Bunny and i could not shake off after the movie. We both thought the lead actor was really cute and i just found out that he is our age!! Hahahaa. so happy for what, i also dunno. Anyway, the movie reminded me a little of Lord of the Flies for some reason and this is definately not for the faint hearted! Bunny said that she never walked out of a R21 movie without feeling queasy in the stomach before and i think i know what she means! I hardly finished half my packet of chips and i lost my appetite for a while after the movie!

The gay sex scenes were not the horrible parts, but there was one part................ where he was raped and abused. Ok la, not really raped. He was paid for the services but he wanted to back out in the end but he couldnt. And the crazy guy just barged in and raped and whacked his head with this yellow colour Johnson Baby Shower bottle while... erm, raping him. I was super super super traumatised by that scene because i thought he was going to die and Bunny tried to hide her face behind my barely-there-bicep-muscles during that scene.

But............. it was a really great film and there was a car that i wanted n there! Hahaaha... it will never happen in Singapore i guess. Wah lau, Singapore have monsoon is it. My whole house is super windy now.

Caught Bunny's little brother's band concert at his school's auditorium. The prefects were directing traffic in the carpark and they were so cute and polite! Both of us seemed amused by their politeness for some reason. Her parents came to see their talented son play the picolo or flute im not too sure, but it was hard to play. Her mum looked so proud of him while her dad looked like he was trying so hard to stay awake. He commented that maybe they should have played the Mission Impossible song instead of Phantom of Opera and the Lion King's medly (which i never liked for some strange reason. Give me The Little Mermaid anytime! :)). Her daddy also tried to follow us to eat the so-famous XO Fish Beehoon soup at Holland V area but Bunny had to stop him. Anyway, the so-famous XO Fish Beehoon soup is really not bad but the hor fun was nice!! Shared some fried chicken with her as well and promised to bring her to Amoy Street for some similar delicious food. After gym at George Street one day perhaps?

Bunny exchanged with me how and what she says to her students to make them listen to her. Or rather, "threaten" to listen to her somehow. She thought my "subtitle" bitch sentence that i gave Susie was great and plans to use it one day. And she had to say something a little bimbotic when i was in the car. I said i was going to use the water from the water bottle to wash my hands (it was a little oily after dinner and i did not want to cause any accidents with my oily hands).

Bunny : "What?? In here? In the car?"

Me : No lar! You mad or what! Of course i will be pouring the water outside the car lar!"

I think i have been getting too bitchy for my own sake. And too hungry as well. I get hungry so easily and often these past few days. Ugh. I know what that means....

Hopefully i will have time to update on my extended weekend that i had with the Longan Gang.... just came back from seeing the absolutely beautiful fireworks at the Esplanade... For now, I need to eat something (yes, at 1230 in the morning. calories calories calories!!!) and zzzzzzzzzzzz...........
