what a tiring day... had to rush some stuff at work in the morning and went to print our new namecards at bras basah.. went to basheer to look for some new books, because our new presentation requires a "Modern Tropical" theme.... Very few suitable books and didn't manage to get any books at all. Bought a Detailing book for retail shops for myself though..... So ex... but it looks good!

Somehow or other, i managed to rush down to Tanjong Pagar MRT station by 6.30pm to meet Bunny for our Cycling class at the gym. She has finally made her decision and decided to sign up with Fitness First! After many months of thinking it through.. hahha... We managed to change quickly and by the time we got to the group cycling room, it was super filled with people. and there were only 2 empty bikes RIGHT in front of the instructor. The instructor was sweet enough to get off his bike and helped both of us adjust the bikes to the correct height and strapped our shoes into the pedals. As usual, i think i started off the class a little too fast and thus, making me feel like throwing up all over the floor. i mean, i threw up halfway through the very first cycling class i went to, because i was clever enough to eat this stupid bread from breadtalk, 10 mins before the class.... i learnt my lesson hard enough.

So Bunny and i were struggling with the class and i think i was trying too hard to catch up with the rest! I was thinking, wah, that girl beside me go so fast! Then i will push myself harder.... but actually i was going very slowly lar. The class seemed to go on forever and i could not find the stupid clock. When the class was finally over, Bunny told me that she also felt like throwing up! Must be 2 of us try to hard to be too garang la.... the super trim instructor talked to us for a rather long time and taught us how to cycle properly so that we don't get thunder thighs [read : beyonce!!!] and so that our thighs will have nice sculpted muscles instead. And apparently, he said that this class could burn up to 600 calories = a bowl of laksa. [i didn't know that!] but if u didn't put in 90% effort, then you would probably burn off about 400 calories = a bowl of fishball noodles! I learn new stuff everyday! :D
