stupid blogger is in mandarin again... which is the reason that i keep clicking on the wrong tabs to get to the "post entry" part.
Took Beigey to the vet yesterday in the morning, and turned out that she didn't have any fungus infection. just a simple eye infection, probably caused by certain dust in the air, or she scratched herself. So no cause for panic there.... The vet seemed really young, and looked "Butch". But at least she treated Beigey alright. Still prefer my usual crazy vet... Dr Ly.
As i was about to take a short nap in the afternoon, i received a weird sms from someone who i know, will not send me a message in such a format. it went something like this, "Hi Dee, Bunny is dying in my hands now." R.I.G.H.T. So like him to send me something like that... turned out that Bunny and Baba met Moustache man in the bus and took the same train down to town. Where both of them irritated each other to death in the train, and i am very surprised that the CSI has not been sent down to the stationary MRT train to check on the DBs. Anyway, Bunny proudly admitted to Moustache man that i have commented that she has been... erm, rather bimbotic lately and he said that he could see that. One incident was when she stepped on his brand new track shoes. [Who also happened to ask me the other day if it was alright if the glue was visible on his shoes.] He had crossed his r.i.g.h.t foot over his left and after Bunny treaded on his l.e.f.t. shoe, he bent down to clean up the mess. And she asked, "Why are you cleaning your left shoe when i stepped on your right one??"
....................
Well done, Bunny.
Anyway, went for eyebrow threading after that, and waited for Ah Zai at Orchard Emerald's bus stop, where i bought a small iced milk tea from Mos Burger and was super tempted by the roasted chestnuts. Decided not to buy it cause it will look very unglam eating them and sms-ed Ah Zai to hurry up so i wont buy them! He turned up shortly after and i could not miss him... from his big hair. Dunno where he can go to get a decent hair cut... for curly hair. So took the bus to Laselle SIA where Ah Zai's good friend, Matty's boyfriend was having his Media Studies Degree Show. Ya, i know it sounds cheaaaaaammm. The catered food was terrible and the fruit punch ran out so fast! i did not even get to drink a 2nd round! We then sat through the graduating cohort's videos and i have to say that i really liked one of them! This guy was writing a story on people that he sees at the bus stop. The characters, Abang Goatie, Mina Tudong, and the Gangsters were hilarious!! I have to say that the person did a fantastic job on the casting and the only thing that was spoiled for me was that the subtitles were at the bottom and i could not read them. [the film was in malay.]
We waited for Gaz to come to Laselle where we walked around for a while and we took a super long time to decide where to eat. In the end, we took a cab to Siglap. That was our intial plan at first until i had a sudden inspiration to go to Simpang Bedok instead... which i thought was rather near Siglap but the drive was quite a distance! Anyway, by the time i got there, i kinda lost my appetite to eat.
When i got up to go to 7-11 to get some panadol for my irritating headache, i walked past this really interesting item on the shelf.
Vibrating condoms.
What the.......... So i went back to our table and reported it to the Longan Gang. Ho and behold, CMI confidently announced, "Come........ let me explain to you..."
Waaaaa... i was thinking, of all people, H.E K.N.O.W.S!!!! hahhahaa.... turns out that there is this ring that is to be attached at the bottom of somewhere and apparently that will do the vibrations. Piangs..... scary lor... By the way, he knows this because he did a packaging design for a local company for... erm, one of these products.
