Mount Emily - Wild Rocket

A new hangout that the longan gang went to the week before, pictures are late in coming up, but have been busy and lazy as well.... It is a nice little budget hotel tucked in the wilderness of Mount Sophia, Mount Emily area. A place where no one should attempt to walk in from the main road (especially at night!!) and even by car, i feel it is rather easy to get lost there.

There was a new showflat just right next to this budget hotel and being the kaypo designers most of us were, we went to the glass doors and tried to peek at the design. Oh, parking INSIDE the building is amazing. There are only a grand total of 7 parking lots in that compound and i decided to park my big fat car outside instead. I figured no sane traffic police woman/man would go all the way there to summon me...

Wild rocket is the cafe in the budget hotel and it is a great place to wine and dine. The main course looks pretty ex for me and anyway, i would rather pay for nice desserts than expensive ala cartes. Nice place to hang out with friends and catch up over pretty desserts!

Err...i think this is Mr Sarcastic's mocha or latte or something like that. Shush and i had to stop him drinking it while he was holding it midway to his mouth to take this photo!

Left - Some chocolate thingy where the warm chocolate ozzes out when u stab your spoon into it.... ooohhh....

Right - Tiramisu thing. I have never really been a great fan of tiramisu, but this was very nice!

No, this is not a close up of the above chocolate cake thingy. We ordered the other one on the menu. In fact, we ordered all the desserts on the menu!! All 6 of them!!

This was really interesting. It had a Malay name to it but i cant remember as usual. It is basically a pandan flavoured pudding. Very soft tofu texture to it. Melts in your mouth too.... Too much pandan for my liking so i left it to the rest to devour what was left of it..

Err.... another chocolate cake thing!

This is my personal favourite. It is actually some walnut with cheesecake. but it's served on a wine glass instead of a plate..... chomp chomp... comfort food!!
