weekend adventures....

friday night...
caught the movie "bride and prejudice" with the hamster gang on that day and for some reason, we just kept arguing amongst ourselves. must be something to do with the alignment of the stars that day... anyway, after dinner, we headed downstairs to carrefour to pick our snacks and drinks for the movie. chinki took $3 worth of some almond nuts and decided to pour it back while walking towards the cashier. after that, we spent quite a bit of time arguing on what we wanted to share to eat. i wanted snickers, but chinki wanted the bite sized ones.... you know, those to pop inside your mouth?? yeah, i offered to break it into smaller pieces for her but she wasn't too keen on my offer. in the end, we decided to go to the 7-11 instead.

i saw a special green tea flavour for kit kat there. was like $3 for 4 sticks i think. so expensive. anyway, we got snickers there in the end. sigh.....

i loved the singing and dancing in the movie.... and their clothes!! aishwaraya rai looked gorgeous for the entire movie and i could not stop admiring her beautiful green eyes.... anyway, she had to put on either 10 pounds or kg for this role.... apparently, she needed to look more fleshy. well, even with the extra weight, she still looked gorgeous! arrrrgghhh....

had to run to the toilet after the movie cause of my dinner.... bunny also had some diahorrea because we had the same food for dinner! later had to try calm chinki down after her face turned red over something. she looked ready to kill someone.... and i was so scared that she could not find her way to the mrt station. she managed to get back to tampines though.


saturday
went for my 2 hour madness cardio workout with mascara woman.... she looked visibly tired as she said she had only slept at 5am because she went for kbox the night before. i was surprised that she managed to actually co-ordinate everything for body combat. she forgot how to do the " reverse" during the step class though. lol. my knees hurt a little by the second class - body step. the same class where i previously had my unglam fall. managed not to fall this time round. in fact, after catching most of the step movements, i kinda enjoyed it! it was quite fun and i was happily hopping on the step machine for the rest of the class.

had to meet my mum to get the kek lapis to pass to the posh one after that. was soooo tired when i entered the train station but i was lucky to be able to get a seat and konk out for the rest of the journey. managed to wake up on time at khatib to sms poshie to leave his house then. apparently he had to bathe, shit and change before going to the station.... so i was left waiting at the mcdonalds with the cake. haha.... he finally turned up wearing an orange colour t-shirt. it was the most exciting colour i had ever seen on him other than the usual monochrome colours, blue and red shirts that he owned. must be for hari raya..... after that exciting trip down to admirity mrt station, i had to go down to orchard to meet the 2 monkeys.

i promised to get a coffee cream cake with peanuts at polar cake shop for the tall one for his birthday. i kinda owe him one since last year... but anyway, he requested for that and he actually wanted 1 slice only but he was flabbergasted! when i turned up with the whole cake. what's a birthday celebration without a cake?? :D anyway, the loser had to be a loser when he called to ask where i was and i said im on the way and getting a cake for the tall one, and dont tell him.... and promptly after i said that, he turned to the tall one and said, "oh! shes on the way! she is getting something for you now!" i think i scared the auntie working at polar when i screamed at the loser over the phone.

anyway, got the 1/2kg cake despite the auntie telling me that it would melt and it needed to be refrigerated. i was confident that the 2 monkeys would be able to finish it anyway. had a small dinner at scotts food court and was surprised when the loser ordered a vegetarian pizza.... think he can be a good food partner for sidhaesh next time...

here comes the backfire part....... and it continues through for the rest of the night...

part 1
the 2 monkeys decide to go somewhere to cut the cake and gossip for the night. loser said that there is a park at the shaw centre (lido) at the 9th floor carpark level and we could go there to sit and probably smoke for the 2 of them. realised that the 80cm height side gates were locked and we promptly jumped over it. just as we stepped inside the park (which i had never been to before... apparently its some lovers/flings spot... which also explains why the 2 know about it) we saw 2 security guards walk in from the front gate.... we 3 had to duck behind some tall shrub and i was so shocked that the guards didnt notice our presence. oh well, just as well... so we decided to jump over the gates again and walked back to the lift. as we walked past the entrance of the park, the front gates were opened (read : security guards who we saw) and the 2 monkeys actually wanted to walk in by that way as their theory was that the guards would be on the other side as we walk in. had to convince them to go to the cinema level where we could sit and drink free-flow of drinks.

part 2
by the time we got a table, the cake had turned really soft but it was really nice... the loser used his expensive playboy brand lighter to light the candles on the cake. but when he tried that, the lighter fluid ran out. so backfire... and he claimed that it never happened before and said that the tall one and me are the jinx!!! anyway, miracously, the 3 of us managed to eat half of the cake and decided to call the "cheena" couple - keith and keisha to finish the rest of it. the tall one just told him to come down to lido without giving any reason..... and keith really thought that the tall one was in trouble! like in a gang fight or something! haha... while waiting for the 2, the tall one was telling us that a woman can die if a guy blows into her vagina. loser and i looked at him blankly and we were like harrrrr????? how is that possible? i asked if he had to use a straw to do that..... and later he explained that a woman dies in that way if someone constantly blows inside her vagina and she will die because of all the air accumulated inside her womb. or something like that... whatever lar... i think i will do some research on that... so dont make sense lor!!

anyway, the cheena couple took pretty long to come down from cineleisure and loser suggested going to rocky masters to sit. the cheena couple managed to finish the rest of the cake (they eat a lot...) and told them about the "blowing-a-woman-to-death" method. of course, they were flabbergasted as well and was speechless for a good 5 mins. we left by 11 plus cause the loser had to meet his girlfriend-to-be at 2am to watch shark tales.... hmmm... late night rendevous... wahhaha...

tomorrow will be another boring day as usual and will most probably just laze at home.... have to get myself ready for my hong kong trip this thursday!!! ahhhh... so exciting!!!!
